These Terms of Use (the «Terms») govern access to and use of the site thewpacademy.com, its subdomains, digital products, proprietary platforms and communities operated by Wealth Prosperity Academy («WPA»). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
- User: any natural person who accesses the Site.
- Student: User who has purchased an educational product or has been admitted to a WPA program.
- Services: website, books, manuals, seminars, events, communities, mentorships and proprietary platforms.
- WPA Content: all material produced by the Academy.
2. Acceptance and modifications
Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. WPA reserves the right to modify them at any time; the current version will always be published with its update date. Continued use of the Site after a modification implies acceptance of the new version.
3. Registration and account
To access educational products it may be necessary to create an account. The Student undertakes to:
- Provide truthful, complete and updated information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials.
- Immediately notify any unauthorized access.
- Not assign, lend or share the account with third parties.
WPA may suspend or cancel accounts that infringe these Terms without refund.
4. Intellectual property and license to use
All WPA Content, including the WPA PRO SYSTEM™, the official manual, the 19 Non-Negotiable Rules, the Points System, the 10% Daily Rule, the WPA PRO MATRIX and WPA PRO SELECT platforms, the books (including Inner Mastery, Outer Wealth), the workbooks, class recordings and all derivative material, are the exclusive property of WPA.
Upon purchase of an educational product, WPA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Content for individual educational purposes only.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, sublicensing, selling or assigning WPA Content.
- Recording, capturing or disseminating live classes, mentorships or internal materials.
- Using the Content to build competing products, derivative trainings or advisory services.
- Removing copyright notices, trademarks or attributions.
Non-compliance will result in immediate cancellation of access, without refund, and corresponding legal action.
5. Products and payments
Prices are published on each product page. Payments are processed through Stripe under its own security conditions. Invoices are issued to the declared email address.
6. Refund policy
Applicable refund conditions are detailed on each product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, downloadable digital products and access to private communities are non-refundable once access is activated. In-person events are governed by their specific cancellation policy.
7. Telegram community code of conduct
WPA's private Telegram communities are spaces for learning and accompaniment. By participating, you commit to:
- Absolute respect: cordial treatment of peers, mentors and instructors. Zero personal attacks, discrimination or aggressive language.
- Confidentiality: what is shared in the community stays in the community. Capturing, sharing or disseminating conversations, analyses or materials outside the group is prohibited.
- No external promotion: promotion of services, brokers, signals, courses or products unrelated to WPA is prohibited.
- No financial advice between members: exchanges are educational. No member may give personalized investment recommendations to another.
- Zero spam: repetitive content, chains, off-topic content or unsolicited private messaging are not allowed.
- System discipline: analyses and trades shared must respect the WPA methodology and the 10% Daily Rule.
WPA reserves the right to moderate, warn, mute or expel any member who breaches these rules, without refund.
8. No guarantee of results
WPA teaches methodology, discipline and mindset. We do not guarantee specific financial results. Each Student's performance depends on personal application, capital management, emotional discipline and market conditions. References to Student cases are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of equivalent results.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
The User undertakes not to:
- Access restricted areas without authorization.
- Perform reverse engineering, mass scraping or attacks of any kind.
- Upload illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Site for activities that violate applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the Services. WPA's total aggregate liability to the User shall be limited to the amount actually paid by such User in the twelve months prior to the triggering event.
11. Termination
WPA may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of substantial breach of these Terms, fraud, misuse of the Content or conduct harmful to the community.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Broward County, Florida.
