WPA — Wealth & Prosperity Academy — was founded in Fort Lauderdale in April 2025 with a clear mandate: to build a private institution where financial training is delivered with the same seriousness applied at an institutional trading desk. We do not sell shortcuts. We do not promise results. We form operators capable of sustaining their performance over time, under any market condition.

Our premise is simple and demanding: strategy is the last layer of a consistent trader. Identity, discipline, personal financial structure, and measured execution come first. That sequence — Mind → Money → Market — defines how we teach, how we evaluate, and how we accompany every operator who enters a process with us.

Manny Díaz

Manny Díaz built more than two decades of career inside institutional financial markets. His trajectory runs through four firms that define the standard of the craft: Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Carrelton, and Truist. He has operated, advised, and overseen capital in environments where error is not a narrative option — it is a measurable loss.

An accident pulled him away from that path unexpectedly. The forced pause opened a question that would change everything that followed: who am I if I can no longer do what I have always done? The answer to that question is the reason WPA exists. We do not train people who know how to trade. We form people who know who they are when they trade.

Rosandrys Rodríguez

Rosandrys Rodríguez — Rosy — has been a certified Life Coach since 2014, trained directly within Anthony Robbins' programs, and has actively traded the markets for four years. Her role at WPA is structural, not decorative: she co-designs the operator development methodology, oversees the emotional dimension of the program, and ensures that every student receives the human accompaniment that the discipline of trading requires.

The combination of Manny and Rosy — institutional markets and professional human development — is the core from which the WPA PRO™ methodology originates.

Is WPA for beginners?

Yes, as long as the applicant understands that the path demands real commitment. We receive people without prior experience with the same seriousness with which we receive advanced operators. What we evaluate is not the starting point, but the willingness to walk through a structured process.

Do the programs show public prices?

No. WPA does not publish prices. Every program is accessed through application and strategic evaluation. The conversation about investment comes after the applicant's profile is validated.

How does the application process work?

The applicant requests access, completes a diagnostic evaluation, and — if their profile is compatible with the WPA doctrine — receives an invitation to the most appropriate program. The process protects both the applicant and the institution.

What differentiates WPA from a traditional academy?
