It is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of the State of California, United States.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our educational services and communicate with you:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email, country of residence, phone number when voluntarily provided.
- Event and training enrollment data: modality preferences (virtual / in-person / VIP), payment receipts processed by third parties.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, traffic source. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communication data: content of messages you send us through email, contact forms or institutional chats.
- Community data: Telegram identifier when you join the private student community.
WPA does not collect sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR (racial origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to:
- Respond to information requests and commercial inquiries.
- Enroll you in events, seminars and training programs.
- Send you educational emails, academy news and operational communications related to products you have purchased.
- Manage access to the private community and proprietary platforms (
WPA PRO MATRIX,WPA PRO SELECT, recordings library). - Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Improve the Site experience through aggregate statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Consent: sending of marketing communications, installation of non-essential cookies.
- Performance of a contract: delivery of contracted educational services.
- Legitimate interest: Site security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
- Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax records.
5. Service providers and international transfers
To deliver our services we work with trusted technology providers who act as data processors under contract:
- Brevo (sendinblue): transactional and marketing email delivery via SMTP.
- Stripe: secure payment processing.
- Telegram: private student community and institutional agent Dom.
- Hostinger / dedicated VPS: server infrastructure.
- Zoom Video Communications: live classes and recordings.
- HeyGen / ElevenLabs: institutional audiovisual production.
- Google Workspace: institutional email and operational tools.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. In all cases we verify they offer adequate safeguards: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certifications or adherence to applicable international transfer frameworks.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and, subsequently, for the applicable legal limitation periods (typically, up to seven years for accounting records). When no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase your data («right to be forgotten»).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
- File a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
If you reside in California, you additionally have the right under CCPA to (i) know what data we have collected, (ii) request its deletion, (iii) opt out of the sale of personal data — WPA does not sell personal data under any circumstance — and (iv) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

8. Cookies
The Site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and aggregate analytical cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for individual profiling. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; some Site functionalities may be limited.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access control, periodic backups, server monitoring and security updates.
10. Minors
WPA's educational services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect that a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will proceed with immediate deletion.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be published on the Site with its last update date. Substantial changes will be communicated by email when we have your address.
