Founders

Manuel Díaz

Founder and Training Director — Wealth & Prosperity Academy

Manuel Díaz is a trader, educator, and creator of the “Inner Mastery, Outer Wealth” method. With over two decades of experience in private banking and asset management at Citibank Venezuela, Citigroup Asset Management, and Icon Finance Group, he managed portfolios exceeding 500 million dollars and achieved 400% growth in assets under management (AUM).

Subsequently, he transitioned from traditional finance to professional trading, founding Wealth & Prosperity Academy to merge financial strategy with inner growth. Author of Inner Mastery, Outer Wealth, he has trained hundreds of conscious and disciplined traders worldwide.

In 2025, Manuel joined the Tony Robbins Crew (UPW Anaheim), consolidating his role as an international leader in financial education with purpose.

Rosandrys Rodríguez

Co-founder and Director of Personal Transformation:
She contributes the human dimension to the project. Emotional leadership, well-being, and purpose serve as the core axes of student growth.

Rosandrys Rodríguez is a leader in the art of guiding profound transformation processes. With a background in education, human development, and conscious leadership, she has dedicated her life to accompanying individuals in the search for their purpose, personal power, and inner expansion.

As Academic Director of Wealth & Prosperity Academy, she leads the design of training programs that integrate the mind, emotions, and strategic action. Her presence is the organizational heart of the Academy: she accompanies each cohort, oversees student growth processes, and ensures that the educational experience is as profound as it is practical.
